Internal Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact our Compliance Officer/Grievance Redressal Cell directly. We aim to respond to all grievances within 7 working days.
Escalation to BASL
If your grievance is not resolved at Level 1 within 30 days, or if you are not satisfied with the response, you can escalate the matter to BSE Administration and Supervision Ltd. (BASL), which is the supervisory body for RIAs.
Escalation to SEBI (SCORES)
If the complaint remains unresolved, you may lodge a formal complaint with SEBI through the SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System) portal. This is a centralized portal for all investors.
SEBI ODR
Alternatively, you can also use the SMART ODR Portal for online conciliation and arbitration to resolve disputes.
